"If only they could see me now" - those were my thoughts over 27 years ago as I sat in our farm truck delivering a load of grain to the local warehouse. My infant son slept by my side, and our 3 year old daughter sat on the floor of the combine with her dad. I never in my wildest dreams thought I would have ended up on a farm.

I met Mark over 35 years ago while attending WSU. We lived on the farm until 3 years ago when we decided to move to Oahu for a change of pace. We actively farmed until about 2000 and have lots of really great memories of those days. We do plan to move back but are happy here for now. I spent most of my career as a financial administrator at WSU and have recently accepted a position as an elementary school teacher on Base here on Oahu, I'm really excited!

A major highlight for us over the past 40 years has been our travels. We decided early on to forget the material stuff and see the world - it was important to me that our children experience as much as possible - and we've been many wonderful places. I've also had the opportunity to travel as a volunteer with Rotary Club to do service projects and for conferences. I'm active in Rotary here on Oahu and am currently working on a grant for a service project in Tanzania, this is continuation of a project that I initiated while in Pullman - so far we have brought electricity, water and a labor room to a small village.

I'm looking forward to the reunion and hope we have a good turnout. Thanks to organizers for your efforts in putting this together!
