I can't believe it's been 40 years since our high school graduation!
I went to PLU after high school graduation, transferred to Rockmont College (now Colorado Christian University) and graduated with a BA, moved back to WA and worked different office administration jobs including at PLU for several years. I met my husband Jim (Bethel H.S. grad 1979) and we married in 1983. We moved to Olympia in 1987 and raised two great kids; a daughter who is married and a son. Both live in the Tacoma-Olympia area and it's great to get together with them. I went back to school to earn my masters and teaching certificate through PLU and I've been either subbing or employed as a teacher since 2002 in local districts. I currently am a SEL/STEM Specialist in the North Thurston Public Schools in Olympia. Other than working, I enjoy living here in the beautiful PNW, occasional travel, and time with family and friends. Looking forward to seeing CPHS alumni at the reunion and thanks to all of you who are working on putting the reunion together!
